Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
2. The prize draw is being run by Hawksmoor Publishing (The Promoter) in association with Big Yellow Penguin Ltd. By entering the prize draw, you agree to your name and email being shared with Big Yellow Penguin for the purpose of the prize draw.
3. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age, and is free to enter through each purchase of Ditch The Billable Hour! from the Hawksmoor Bookstore website [https://hawksmoorbookstore.com]
4. A maximum of one entry per book purchase is permitted.
5. The prize will be one morning consultation session with Shaun Jardine, conducted over Zoom, to discuss value-based pricing with the winner and, as appropriate, their team. The date and time for this consultation will be agreed after the prize draw has concluded, and must take place within 1 year of the prize draw concluding.
6. The prize draw will take place on May 3rd 2023, and the winner will be drawn at random.
7. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
8. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
9. The winner will be notified after the prize draw closes on May 3rd 2023, via the email provided during the book purchase.
10. Entrants who have not won will also be notified after May 3rd 2023 to provide confirmation that the prize draw was concluded successfully.
11. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by the Promoter for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
12. The Promoter does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that the promoter does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
14. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
