Could a huge chunk of the top 8% of the wealthiest people in the world be miserable?
Could we have a world of information at our fingertips and choose to engage in misery online?
Could someone with a life-changing disability be as happy as a lottery winner?
The simple answer to all three is yes!
Happiness is the superpower of all desires. If you had true happiness, you wouldn’t seek anything else. Whilst happiness is something we all seek, it’s something that very few ever truly understand. The golden ticket that we think will secure our happiness – that new job, fame, shiny possessions – probably won’t be.
The best thing, though, is that happiness begins and ends in your head. You have a direct line to what you do – on a daily basis – through your habits. A direct line to leading a life of happiness and fulfilment.
In The Habits of Happiness, we will explore the phenomenon of being happy and content. Crucially, we shall also explore the actions and habits that you can develop to achieve it!
